Getting Involved

Not everyone wants to get involved in the same way. On this page we might present different options to encourage others to get involved in our cause. For example:

Volunteer your spare time.   The LFVR asks you to volunteer your spare time to aid your neighbours and others.   We do not ask you to neglect your business of family commitments, but just a little of the time that you find hangs on your hands now and again.   Find out whether you have leadership powers, if you have practical experience that will help to make someone else's life that little bit easier.  Learn to be of help in an emergency, and liaise with the authorities.    Perhaps you will discover you have talents you have not had the opportunity use as yet.
We are looking for people with initiative who can work on their own, and others which will work well in groups.

Please contact LF Commissioners A. Coleman and/or P. Murray-Hoodless.

If you are unable to devote time to our mission, why not give us some positive support in other ways. .
